By using the Waxworth app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Waxworth identifies vinyl records from photos and provides estimated market values based on publicly available marketplace data. Estimates are provided for informational purposes only.

No guarantee of value

Value estimates are not appraisals, offers, or guarantees. Actual sale prices depend on condition, demand, timing, and other factors. Always verify independently before making buying or selling decisions. Waxworth is not responsible for decisions made based on estimates shown in the Service.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings. Where offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse-engineer it, scrape it at scale, resell its data, or use it in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Waxworth. Album artwork and release metadata belong to their respective rights holders. Waxworth is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discogs or any record label.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waxworth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
